Xiangqi Notation Converter
Chinese chess is recorded in a compact native notation — nothing like algebraic chess. This converter turns a move list such as 炮二平五 into board coordinates, one line per move, and checks each move against the standard opening position. An illegal move is reported with the reason instead of silently accepted, and a board preview shows the position after every move.
